Technocritters are great for combining science and technology. These paper-engineered animals use levers and other simple paper mechanisms to model a characteristic motion.
Building technocritters, students investigate movement: how different parts of animals move, and then, how people can use mechanisms to simulate that motion. Your elementary students will enjoy assembling and operating their technocritter .
